I got kicked for not being whitelisted

You need to finish Discord onboarding before you can join our servers. If you've already finished, make sure staff has approved your application.

The transfer dropped me back to the main menu

Rejoin the Hub and try the NPC again. If it keeps happening, let staff know in the Discord.

I can't find TheGreatHall654
  • Check the spelling: TheGreatHall654.
  • Make sure you're signed into the same Microsoft account you play Minecraft with.
  • The bot accepts friend requests automatically, but it can take a minute.
The bot is on my friends list, but I can't join
  • Check your Xbox or Microsoft account privacy settings. You need to be allowed to join multiplayer games and friends' games.
  • On PlayStation and Switch, make sure your Microsoft account is linked in Minecraft.
  • The Hub may be restarting. Try again in a few minutes.
I don't have the server address

It's in your Discord onboarding ticket. Addresses are never posted publicly.

Why is there a dot in front of my name?

That's normal for Bedrock players on our crossplay servers.
