How do I join a server?

Join the Discord and complete onboarding. Your onboarding ticket has everything you need. See Join the Discord.

Where can I find the server address?

In your Discord onboarding ticket. Addresses are never posted publicly.

Why is everything whitelisted?

It keeps our servers safe and our community small and friendly. Whitelisting happens through Discord onboarding.

Which Minecraft servers can I play on Bedrock (console/mobile)?

Both. Honeydew Homes is Bedrock-only, and Aethelgard supports both Java and Bedrock. Console players join through The Great Hall Hub. See the Hub guide.

Is it pay-to-win?

No, and it never will be. There are no donations or paid perks. VIP status and premium content are earned through gameplay.

How long does onboarding take?

Staff review every application. It usually doesn't take long. Please be patient, since asking repeatedly won't speed it up.

I think I found an exploit or bug. What do I do?

Report it to staff through a ticket or DM. Using an exploit is treated as cheating.

How do I report a player?

Open a ticket or DM a staff member. Please don't call people out in public channels.

Where are the rules?

I lost my roles. What happened?

Roles may be removed after 60 days of inactivity across Discord and the game servers. See the Inactivity Policy, then ask in the Discord to get them back.
