This page is a general summary of Sections 7 and 8. The full rulebook (PDF) is the official version, and it's every player's responsibility to read it in full.

Our whole staff team is made up of volunteers. Nobody gets paid. They're players too, so please treat them that way.

Staff Roles

Role What they do
Head Admin Full authority over all servers and the Discord. Makes final decisions on bans, appeals, and community direction.
Server Admin Runs day-to-day operations for one or more servers. Can issue warnings, mutes, kicks, and temporary bans. Escalates permanent bans to a Head Admin.

Working with staff

  • Disagree with a decision? Take it to DMs with the admin involved, not public channels.
  • Please don't ask to be staff. We reach out when we need help.
  • Report problems through a ticket or a DM to staff. Don't call people out publicly.

How Rule Breaks Are Handled

Most rule breaks follow these steps:

  1. Verbal warning. Staff talks to you. Usually that's all it takes.
  2. Formal warning. A documented warning on your record.
  3. Temporary ban. Usually 3 to 14 days, on the server where it happened, and possibly Discord too.
  4. Permanent ban. Removed from all servers and the Discord.

Staff can skip steps. A serious first offense can go straight to a temporary or permanent ban.

Instant Permanent Bans (No Appeal)

  • Doxxing
  • Credible threats of real-world violence
  • CSAM or any sexual content involving minors
  • DDoS attacks or threats against our servers, members, or infrastructure
  • Trying to compromise server security or other players' accounts
  • Posting malicious links (phishing, IP loggers, malware)

Appeals

  • Temporary bans: wait at least 24 hours, then contact a Server Admin or Head Admin by Discord DM or email.
  • Permanent bans: considered case by case. Show that you understand what you did wrong and why it won't happen again.
  • Instant-ban offenses can't be appealed.

The admin team's decision on an appeal is final.
